There are two ways to register:
1. Use your mobile number to register on Fanstars and you will receive an OTP number to verify your number and activate the account.

Can I have more than one account?

What should I do if I accidentally registered a new account using my mobile number instead of linking it to my original account?

Under Mpumalanga Economic regulations, each user is allowed to maintain only one account. If you create a new account, please deactivate your other account to ensure compliance with this rule.

Please note: even if you delete an account, you won’t be able to reuse the same mobile number or email address to create another new one.

So make sure to link your existing account, rather than create a separate one.

• Using malicious methods to deposit or withdraw

You can create a team and join a contest within 10 minutes after the match starts.
For example, if the NBA game of LAL vs. GSW starts at 8:30, you can create and edit your team until 8:40.

What happens if I have joined a match which is postponed?

Your participation will be put on hold.
If a match is postponed due to force majeure, Fanstars will follow the updated schedule provided by the official sports league.
All match data, including time and schedule, is synced with the official league.
On our platform, postponed matches will display the time as 7:59, indicating that the date is yet to be confirmed.
These matches will remain visible on the platform and will not be removed.

If a match is canceled, can I get a refund?

You will receive a refund of the entry fee you paid if the contest you joined is cancelled.
